We are a family run business with the PBS Advantage built into the work we do. We have 40+ employees dedicated to plan administration and many other in supporting roles. All administrators have a minimum of specialized post-secondary training and the formal education ranges upwards to graduate degrees in business. Several staff members have MBA’s & CPA’s and industry designations. All staff regularly attend seminars and workshops in a continuing effort to stay current in cafeteria, retirement, medical and pension fields.
