Flex Plans

A Section 125 Cafeteria Plan provides a welcome tax saving benefit for employees and saves payroll taxes for the employer.  Even though the language associated with Cafeteria Plans can be confusing, Professional Benefit Services, Inc. can simplify both the set-up of the Plan and the on-going maintenance.

We prepare the government required paperwork, including a Plan Document, a Summary Plan Description for employees, a Board Resolution and customized enrollment forms.  We also provide presentations for employees and practical training for the people responsible for the day-to-day plan operations.
